Having always had a keen interest in bees and their integral role in the world, it seemed only logical to take them on when a local honey business became available due to retirement, fitting in perfectly with our existing biological farming practices.

Without bees, it wouldn’t be long before our ecosystem collapsed. Bees are one of the world’s most important pollinators for food crops.
