“The Countess” Sparkling Pinot Gris just in time for Christmas!

We are delighted to announce that Wild Game Wine can now help you with all of your celebrations in life with the release of the 2017 “The Countess” Sparkling Pinot Gris.  Made by the esteemed Peter Douglas from fruit that we grew near Mount Gambier, it has a beautiful bouquet of summer fruits, but with a surprisingly crisp, savoury finish.  Available in standard 750mL bottles (with a state of the art screw cap) and 200mL piccolos, this sparkling has quickly become a cellar door favourite, with quite a few people already stocking up for their Christmas Day celebrations.
