The Dame 2018 Shiraz – 1 Bottle

Grown on our biologically farmed 5-hectares single vineyard on the north east of Coonawarra.

The 2018 growing season was drier than average and a cool autumn produced fruit of outstanding quality. This vintage is a beautifully balanced wine, with a medium brick-red colour. Bouquet is elegant almost ethereal with fruit mince pie aromas and cedar-like oak.

30 months in older French Oak hogsheads has given this wine a medium body with soft silky tannins and fruit cake flavours.

Enjoy with rich food like roasted lamb with spices, crispy pork belly, wild duck or goat cheese with figs on fruit bread. This is the perfect wine to bring to your next BBQ.
