Cold extracted, pure honey locally produced right here in Naracoorte, South Australia.

2023 saw Mary and Guy Stratford diversify their farming to include bees! Having always had a keen interest in bees, and their integral role in the world, it seemed only logical to take them on when a local honey business became available due to retirement, fitting in perfectly with our existing biological farming practices.

Whilst it has been a very steep (and sometimes painful!) learning curve so far, it has also been very rewarding. It is now very exciting to see this delicious 'liquid gold' in its purest form, packaged in our brand-new Wild Game Honey brand, ready for you to enjoy.
